The property
Planned, built and soon to be your new residential or office address. The Schaanwald property, which will be completed in autumn 2020, comprises two modern residential buildings (House A and House B), which are connected via a landscaped courtyard. For rent are small apartments with a size of approximately 25m2 and some larger apartments with 52m2, each available "furnished" and "unfurnished".

The property
The two buildings (House 1 and House 2) in Meierhofstrasse in Triesen have been there for more than fifty years. Over time, many things have changed, so the houses and apartments have also been continuously upgraded. Small apartments with a size of approximately 22m2 are available for rent in the categories "furnished" and "unfurnished". Living and working situations are diverse, so are our offers at the Triesen location.

Located in the beautiful countryside of the Liechtenstein Unterland, you will benefit from optimal infrastructure as well as proximity to Schaan (FL) and Feldkirch (A). Our property has two addresses: Vorarlbergerstrasse 77 (house A) and Bahnweg 56 (house B). The access to both houses is via Bahnweg.
Travelling by bus and train? The stops "Waldstrasse" and "Zuschg" are only a few minutes walk from our facility.
